Existing work can be licensed to be used for all sorts of purposes – on websites, in scientific publications, books, magazines, teaching material etc. In most cases there is a license fee to be paid for the drawing’s use. The exact amount depends on the nature, duration and scale of use. Please contact me with a request so I can offer a price quote.
While many of my paintings are free to re-license, several scientific illustrations are not available for re-use, unfortunately. Sometimes clients request and buy exclusive usage rights when they order illustrations, meaning only they can use the images.
Below is a list of illustrations that are available. Looking for a species that isn’t featured (yet)? You can always contact me to discuss the possibilities of a custom commission.
